1. Who we are
Ashes of the Phoenix, Inc., a Delaware corporation, operates this website and the VeriLens AI project. In this notice, “we” and “us” refer to Ashes of the Phoenix, Inc.; “VeriLens AI” and “VeriLens” refer to the project and product brand. Questions or privacy requests may be sent to support@verilensai.net.
2. Information we collect
If you submit the investor-interest form, we collect:
- your name, email address, and optional fund or company name;
- the investment-amount band you select;
- your stated country-of-residence category and self-reported accredited-investor status;
- your explanation of why the VeriLens AI project interests you;
- the version of this notice you acknowledged and the submission time; and
- a country code inferred by Vercel from the request IP address, when Vercel supplies one. We record the country code, not the IP address, in the enquiry email.
Do not submit tax returns, bank statements, identity documents, account numbers, or other verification evidence through this form. Accredited-investor verification, if you proceed, will occur through a separate process with additional notices and safeguards.
The page does not use advertising cookies, analytics, fingerprinting, or cross-site tracking. Our hosting and email providers may create ordinary security and delivery logs when they process a request.
3. Why we use the information
- to respond to your enquiry and discuss the contemplated financing;
- to determine whether a follow-up is appropriate under the stated offering parameters;
- to maintain records relating to the solicitation and our communications;
- to protect the form, our email systems, and the website against abuse; and
- to comply with law, legal process, and professional advice.
Submitting the form asks us to respond. It does not verify your status, create an investor relationship, reserve securities, or obligate either side to continue discussions.

We retain enquiries and related correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary for the financing discussion, compliance records, security, disputes, and legal obligations. If you become an investor, records connected with the offering may be retained longer as required by law and our professional advisers. You may request deletion; we will delete information unless we need to retain it for a legal, compliance, security, or claims-related reason.
6. Your choices and requests
You may ask us to confirm whether we hold your enquiry information, provide a copy, correct it, or delete it. Email support@verilensai.net with “Privacy request” in the subject. We may take reasonable steps to verify the request.
Because we do not sell personal information, conduct targeted advertising, or track visitors across unaffiliated sites, there is no sale/advertising opt-out to exercise and browser “Do Not Track” or universal opt-out signals do not change this site’s behavior. Delaware residents may contact the Delaware Department of Justice at privacy@delaware.gov.
7. Security and location
We use access controls and service providers designed to protect the information, but no online transmission or storage system is completely secure. The website and its providers operate in the United States; information submitted from another country will be processed in the United States.
8. Children
This investor page is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. Do not submit the form if you are under 18.
9. Changes
We will post material changes here and update the date and notice version above. The version acknowledged with an enquiry is recorded with that enquiry.
